I found some old photos from my trip to New Caledonia in 2010.
Most photos feature Duck Island / Ile aux Canards and Amedee Island / Phare Amédée. Despite doing a lot of touristy things in the 10 days we were there, we were able to immerse ourselves in the French island’s culture on Bastille Day / La Fête Nationale and dance through the streets with the locals. Being able to share such an experience with some of my best friends was immeasurable. The last photo is of Victoria, myself (blonde) and an old friend Alice enjoying the sunset on our last night in Nouméa.
